My intense apprenticeship within London’s Subway system (The Tube) was an amazing start to my two decade career in the emerging field that is now known as Change Management.  In the late 90s, I transitioned from external traveling consultant to Austin-based internal consulting roles within Dell, Vignette Software and AMD. In 2005, my work alongside Porsche Consulting at AMD implementing Lean across the global enterprise started my "Lean Journey." The AMD team also included experts on Lean directly from Toyota.  Extensive project and organizational experience has provided broad domain knowledge but also developed the learning ability needed to solve complex business problems in any discipline.
